Drainage and flooding are issues we all deal with.
Land Design Consultants of Mentor have provided the Board of Trustees with two reports. The reports have been posted on line.

There is a meeting Wednesday, February 15th, 6:00-7:30 PM with a formal presentation by Land Design Consultants, Inc. The meeting agenda will be a comprehensive study to evaluate drainage issues relating to the Lake Erie Shores subdivision. All are welcome to attend this presentation at Painesville Twp Hall on Nye Road.

Fences, Sheds and Decks
If you plan to add a deck, shed, fence, etc., you must first get approval from the Association through First Realty and then get the appropriate permits through the Township. For permits contact Painesville Township Hall at 352-1443.
