As of Tuesday, June 24, 2008, that all of the environmental signs have been put in place in LES south of Lake Road
and for all the residents that have them in their rear yards, please respect the importance of the signs and the
areas behind them. We thank everyone for their cooperation. North Shores should be done next week and that will
complete the environmental signs until Phase 4B is completed. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate
to contact Michael DiSanto at DiSanto Enterprises, Inc.

The surveyors for the Homeowner’s Association, Crabb Surveying, have begun to put in
control points around all the protected common areas that the Homeowner’s Association own and are to be
protected for the welfare of all the residents of Lake Erie Shores and in the future some signs will be
going up in these areas that will designate that these common areas belong to the HOA and will be protected
for the use of all the residents of LES and for the benefit of all homeowners of LES. If you see someone
in the common area adjacent to your property, it will likely be one of the men from Crabb Surveying.
This work will be going on over the course of the next four or five months.
Please refer to addendum 7 of the Restrictions and Covenants that was mailed to
everyone the end of December, paragraph 4, 5 and 6 that will further explain what is being done at the
present time and what will be completed in the spring by placing environmental covenant signage in the
common areas which abut the rear of those LES residents’ properties that adjoin specific areas that are
being protected.
Please do not be concerned and if you have any questions you can talk to the men working in these areas or call the developer, Michael DiSanto 440-248-5548 for more details.
